Lori Crever was hired as a consultant by the Mahtomedi High School Administrative Team to facilitate our request to improve our public communication skills. Ms. Crever created a thorough assessment of the skill levels of the high school administrators as public speakers. Based on her assessment, Ms. Crever designed sessions scheduled through the year to build upon our skills as public speakers.
As a high school principal, I have used the outstanding public speaking skills Ms. Crever introduced me to each and every day; whether it is a one-to-one conversation or speaking to over 3000 people at a commencement ceremony. The ability to communicate with others is essential to ensure clarity, compassion, and the growth of human potential. After spending a year with Ms. Crever improving my public speaking skills, I asked her to be the keynote speaker at the Mahtomedi Celebration of Excellence Dinner honoring the top 10% of the 2012 graduating class and their respected teachers. Ms. Crever’s keynote address inspired the audience to continue to seek excellence throughout their lives with a passion and excitement exceeding all expectations. I am grateful to Ms. Crever and truly value her ability to create an environment for learning that is fun, productive, and valued by all able to attend her sessions.
